About these terms
These terms govern your use of actionman.capital. By using the site you accept them. Work we do for you as a client is governed by a separate written engagement agreement; where the two differ, the engagement agreement wins.
What we are, and what we are not
Actionman Capital provides consulting, structuring and introduction services: we design corporate, banking, payment and digital-asset setups and introduce clients to third-party providers who can deliver them.
- We are not a bank, electronic money institution, payment institution, acquirer, exchange or custodian. We do not hold client money or crypto-assets, and we do not accept deposits.
- Accounts are opened by the providers, not by us. Every bank, payment provider and exchange makes its own decision under its own rules. We cannot guarantee that any account, merchant facility, approval rate, reserve level or timeline will be granted or maintained.
- We are not your lawyer, tax adviser or investment adviser. Take independent legal and tax advice in every jurisdiction that applies to you before acting.
Information on this site
Articles, videos and other content are general information, not advice for your situation. Regulation, bank policies and scheme rules change often, so content may be out of date by the time you read it. Examples, figures and diagrams, including the routing simulations on our homepage, are illustrations, not records of real transactions or promises of performance.
Lawful use only
We only work with lawful businesses, and we will not help anyone to:
- evade sanctions, or deal with sanctioned persons or jurisdictions;
- launder money, finance terrorism or conceal the proceeds of crime;
- evade tax, or hide beneficial ownership from banks or authorities;
- mislead a bank or payment provider about their business, owners or risk.
We carry out due diligence on every client and may decline or end any engagement at our discretion. We will cooperate with authorities where the law requires it.
Confidentiality
We treat what you tell us as confidential, subject to our legal obligations and to the disclosures to providers you authorise. How we handle personal data is set out in our privacy policy.
Intellectual property
The site’s design, text, graphics, videos and code belong to Actionman Capital. You may share links and quote short extracts with attribution. Anything more needs our written permission.
Third-party links and providers
Links to other sites, and introductions to third-party providers, are offered for convenience. We don’t control those parties and aren’t responsible for their services, content or decisions.
Limitation of liability
The site is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from use of, or reliance on, the site or its content, including lost profits, frozen or held funds, or a provider’s decision to refuse, restrict or close an account. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version.
