No third-party analytics or advertising
We don’t use Google Analytics, Meta pixels, advertising networks or any other third-party tracking. We don’t build profiles of visitors.
To see which pages are read, we run Umami on our own server. It sets no cookies and stores nothing on your device, doesn’t store your IP address, and only keeps aggregate counts. Nothing is shared with anyone.
Embedded video
Our explainer videos are hosted on this site. If an article embeds a YouTube video, we use YouTube’s privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com), which doesn’t set cookies until you press play. Once you do, YouTube’s own cookie policy applies.
Controlling cookies
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time. Blocking them won’t affect the public site.
